South Australian Deputy Coroner calls for national reform to show ride regulation after inquest into Adelene Leong's death

The South Australian Deputy Coroner has recommended the regulation of amusement rides be reformed across Australia after the death of an eight-year-old girl at the 2014 Royal Adelaide Show.
