The Countess of Wessex has shown off her incredible moves after hitting the dancefloor with TV's Judge Rinder.
Sophie and her husband Prince Edward visited the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey today, which both mark Liberation Day on May 9.
While in Guernsey, the royal couple paid a visit to the Liberation Day Tea Dance at Beau Sejour Leisure Centre, which was being hosted by the TV judge, a former Strictly Come Dancing contestant.
And the pair hit the dancefloor with Rinder spinning Sophie around the room as they appeared to dance an energetic jive to the hit song Putting on the Ritz.
She kicked her feet from side to side as she was led across the floor.
The Countess dazzled as she boogied in her nude-coloured high stilettos, which she paired with an elegant green dress.
Meanwhile, not one to miss out Edward also joined another guest at the tea dance - although opted for a slower number.
The couple were in the Channel Islands to take part in Liberation Day celebrations, which mark the islands' liberation from Nazi occupation in the Second World War.

In Jersey, they also watched a Liberation Day parade as well as met with those who told them their accounts of life on the island under Nazi occupation.
Sophie is known to be a fan of dancing and in 2018 she was spotted in the audience of the hit BBC show Strictly Come Dancing alongside her daughter Lady Louise Windsor, who is now 18.
And according to Strictly host Tess Daly, Louise and Sophie's trip to watch the show was all part of a special birthday treat for Louise for her 15th birthday.
Speaking to Hello!, Tess explained: "It was lovely to have them there, we are very fortunate we have a few fans in the royal household… They did absolutely [get a backstage tour].
"Lady Louise was celebrating turning 15 and she said it was a treat to come and visit the show. She's a big fan, herself and her mother.
"They enjoyed all the action from the front row and they had a great night. It was great to welcome them."
And it's not just Sophie and Louise who are fans of Strictly - apparently the Queen is too.
Last month while visiting the set of EastEnders, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, revealed that Her Majesty is also a fan of the dancing contest.
As she met current Strictly champion and EastEnders star Rose Ayling-Ellis, Rose plucked up the courage to ask: “Can I ask you, does the Queen watch Strictly Come Dancing?”
Camilla confirmed that the monarch does, saying: “I think she does. She probably watched you.”
