Sonomatic has acquired the assets of Innospection, saving seven jobs.
FRP Advisory was appointed joint administrators of the Aberdeen-based business in late August, after it suffered from unsustainable cash flow problems.
The acquisition by Warrington-based Sonomatic includes all assets, technology and intellectual property, including a range of technology and tools for inspection of onshore and offshore topside, splash zone and subsea assets.

“It is particularly rewarding that several highly skilled jobs have also been saved and we wish Sonomatic every success with their development plans.”
