It's been a positive week for Leeds United and their young international contingent. Wilfried Gnonto continued to make and impression with Italy's senior squad, while Sonny Perkins and Darko Gyabi were also in action for England's Under-19s.
The Whites duo only arrived at Elland Road in the summer but have made a positive impact since their arrival, with Perkins on target once again to make it 11 goals this season for both club and country, in just eight appearances. The former West Ham United youngster is being tipped as a star for the future and could soon step up to the first-team set-up.
Perkins scored the opening goal of the game for England U19s in their game against Denmark U19s, before assisting the Three Lions third goal of the game. This came after a hat-trick on Saturday against Georgia and another goal against Montenegro last Wednesday.

Fellow summer signing Gyabi captained the international side and scored his first goal at U19s level as the Young Lions ran out 4-2 winners against the Danes. Both players have made an impressive start to the season and have been ever present in Michael Skubala's U21s side.
The Whites are currently joint top of the Premier League 2 Division 2 with Middlesbrough - with both sides on 13 points - despite Leeds having played a game less than Boro.
