Son Heung-min has made it clear he is "not interested" in Arsenal's impressive start to the Premier League campaign. Tipped to compete for a Champions League place once again after narrowly missing out on fourth spot to Tottenham last term, the Gunners currently sit top of the Premier League after 17 games.
Mikel Arteta's men do have a five-point cushion over reigning champions Man City, with Spurs, who are currently in fifth, 11 points behind their fierce rivals having played one game more. Tottenham and Arsenal go head-to-head on Sunday afternoon at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with the Lilywhites looking for revenge after a hugely disappointing 3-1 defeat at the Emirates Stadium at the start of October.
Son knows that the team need to atone for that loss and he has stated that Antonio Conte's side must do their homework before the Gunners make the short trip across the capital.

"I’m not interested, to be honest," said the South Korean on Arsenal's start. "Every game is tough, everybody is preparing well. We have a week to prepare for the biggest game in north London. We lost at the Emirates Stadium and our fans were really disappointed so we have to do our homework and make it good again.
"We have a massive task at home so everybody must be ready to throw their body in and we’re good to go. It’s been really important to win these two games for our confidence it will be very important."
Sunday's north London derby could potentially see Harry Kane create Tottenham history by either drawing equal or possibly even surpassing Jimmy Greaves' record of 266 goals for the club after moving to within one of the lofty figure following his superb strike in the FA Cup third round win over Portsmouth. Asked about Kane fairly regularly due to their brilliant partnership on the pitch, Son has joked that it's not his favourite topic of conversation having spoken so much about him in the past.
"I get bored talking about this," said the 30-year-old. "We’ve seen Harry Kane is a world-class striker. I always say he’s one of the best strikers in the world, scoring goals when the team is in difficult times. That shows everything he can do.
"I hope he can break every record. As a teammate I wish the best for him. He can break any record for England and the Premier League."
As well as hoping Kane gets on the scoresheet against Arsenal, Son will have his fingers crossed that he can add to his goal against Crystal Palace by netting in the north London derby. He admits his strike at Selhurst Park came at a "very important time" for him.
"I scored so many goals last season and I wasn’t expecting to be scoring so many goals this season because football is not like that," said the attacker. "Even when I was not playing well I was giving my best to the team.
"Scoring goals is everything for a striker and this goal was important for my confidence because it doesn’t matter how much you work hard if the ball doesn’t go in the net you get down because you have to be scoring goals or making assists for the team. The goal came at a very important time as well for me to get back on track."
