Councillors have once again issued a stark warning to ‘vandals’ who put soap in a central Manchester fountain.

Exchange Square has once again become covered in bubbles after jokers poured washing up liquid into the water.

Cllr Pat Karney said that Manchester City Council has repeatedly warned pranksters of the consequences of their joke - and that those responsible will face court.
