Michigan State football has close out the spring and can start to turn its focus to the 2023 season.
The Spartans held their annual spring game — or really spring open practice — on Saturday from Spartan Stadium. It gave fans and media the opportunity to get an early look at the 2023 Spartans, and put together some thoughts on key items surrounding the team.
One of key things to watch was the quarterback battle, which appears to be a two-man race between returning starter Payton Thorne and backup Noah Kim. What else got the attention of the local media?
