Solar Defence’s Nagastra 2 completes technical trials for Army, offers 650 mm armour penetration

Indian Army ITBP Surveillance

Solar Defence and Aerospace Ltd., Nagpur, is supplying its Nagastra 2 anti-tank loitering munition system to the Indian Army.

Equipped with day-and-night surveillance cameras and a 4 kg tandem shaped-charge warhead, Nagastra 2 is designed to pierce targets protected by up to 650 mm of Rolled Homogeneous Armour (RHA).
