The judgment outlines the division of assets and property in accordance with their prenuptial agreement. Manganiello retained his clothing, jewelry, personal effects, and earnings since their separation date of July 2, 2023. Vergara, on the other hand, received her personal effects, earnings post-separation, and both parties acknowledged the absence of any community property.
The couple, who announced their split in July 2023 after seven years of marriage, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their divorce. Manganiello's desire for children was reported as a contributing factor, as Vergara expressed reluctance to become an older mother. Vergara, who has a son from a previous relationship, revealed her stance on motherhood in an interview earlier this year.
Since their amicable divorce, both Vergara and Manganiello have moved on romantically. Manganiello is currently dating Caitlin O'Connor, while Vergara has been romantically linked to orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman.
