When it comes to home paint colors, we tend to focus on interiors. However, an often overlooked but underrated aspect of painting a house is coloring the exterior. Not only can it increase curb value, but painted homes can give an intentional first impression to guests as soon they come to the front door.
Sofia Richie Grainge – a notable proponent of the quiet luxury trend – is a great example. The model and influencer recently posted a photo on her Instagram page showing off her baby bump, along with her monochromatic, greige door and matching exterior walls (in true Richie Grainge fashion, she coordinated her pants with the paint color). The exterior paint color blends seamlessly with her clay planter and white, spherical light fixture, leading us to propose greige as the new black.
