The Employment Wage Subsidy scheme rate for workers is to be reduced from today for most companies.
However, those businesses that had suffered from new Covid-19 restrictions introduced in December can continue to avail of the original rate of payment.
The current rate of payments ranges from €203 to €350 per week.
