The Miami Dolphins locked up one of their most dangerous offensive weapons for the long-term Thursday when they dished out a three-year extension to wide receiver Jaylen Waddle that will keep him in South Beach through the 2028 season.
Waddle, 25, was the No. 6 overall selection in the 2021 NFL draft and has lived up to his top 10 pick billing through his first three seasons. The receiver has eclipsed 1,000 yards in each of those seasons, becoming the first Dolphins receiver to ever top the mark in three straight years.
