A soccer fan has called for an investigation after a rival celebrated a goal – by MOONING.

Arvind, in his 30s, spotted an Arsenal supporter showing his backside during a recent clash at the Emirates Stadium.

He wants the club to launch a probe – and says the perpetrator should be banned or have their season ticket torn up.

The Gunners were taking on Manchester United on Sunday, September 3, and went 1-0 up when the fan dropped his trousers.

Ironically, pictures show his bare bum just above the first four letters of the word Arsenal – arse.

Arvind, who is a Red Devils supporter, looked up from his seat to see the skin on show – and wasn’t happy.

He says he has since written to Arsenal, the Premier League and the FA to call for action.

He worries such behavior will put women and children off coming to games and wants harsher penalties put in place.

“Women in particular might stop coming to matches, which is a real shame. Women in the UK are very passionate about football.

“I wouldn’t want my kids to see that and other parents will feel the same I think.”

Arvind says he accepts some unruliness – but thinks officials should take a tougher stance.

He said: “Arsenal fans were giving us some stick, which is to be expected.

“But if that kind of behavior isn’t tackled other people might feel entitled to do the same.

“It’s a safeguarding issue at the end of the day and the club should not condone this kind of behavior.”

Arsenal, the Premier League and the FA were approached for comment.

An Arsenal FC spokesperson said: “We are disappointed by images brought to our attention showing inappropriate behavior by an individual in the crowd during our match against Manchester United on Sunday.

“We are investigating the matter and will consider the appropriate course of action.

“We remain committed to ensuring Emirates Stadium remains a safe and inclusive environment for all supporters.”

The Gunners won the game 3-1.
