A yellow weather warning is in place for Yorkshire on Thursday amidst scenes of chaos on Wednesday, December 13, in North Yorkshire, but Leeds should escape the worst of the flurries yet again.
But Leeds will still see extremely cold weather. It will start off clear and this should remain through the day with no cloud cover expected.
Early morning temperatures will start around -2C but at times feel like -7C due to the wind and icy conditions. This will change from 9am when sunshine arrives.

That will lead to temperatures going above freezing around 10am for the first time in a while. However, it will still feel like freezing and by 4pm it will be back below Zero again by 6pm.
Wind Gusts will average around 15mph making it feel way colder than the stated temperatures. A spokesperson for the Met Office said: "A very cold start with any freezing fog patches thinning only slowly. Cloudy and breezy along the coast with scattered wintry showers penetrating inland at times. Sunny spells further west. Maximum temperature 3 °C."
