The weather is set to be cold again in Leeds today despite a slight increase in temperatures.
According to the Met Office, Leeds is unlikely to see any snow today despite cold temperatures across the city. However, it is expected to be cold.
The Met Office said: "Remaining cold across the region with inland areas staying dry and bright. Strong winds and wintry showers affecting coastal areas through the day. Maximum temperature 4 °C."
Temperatures will start the day at around 1C at 8am, this will increase over the morning to 2C at 10am and 3C at midday. Over the afternoon temperatures should peak at 4C before decreasing to 3C at 4pm.
The evening will also be chilly with temperatures of 2C at 6pm decreasing back down to 1C by 8pm and 0C at 10pm.
Overall the day should also be sunny with some clouds. According to BBC Weather, there may be some isolated snow patches.
They said there may be "areas of patchy cloud and a few isolated snow showers" drifting in from further north throughout the day. A yellow snow warning is in place for much of western England, but Leeds is not within the warning area.
