A new video shows what the brand new entertainment complex at St Enoch Centre will be like ahead of its opening next month.
The teaser on Boom Battle Bar's Instagram showcases games, activities, drinks and more in what is shaping up to be one of the city's most dynamic night out hotspots yet.
It's taking over a 10,000 sq ft unit adjacent to the new nine-screen VUE cinema – and is the company's 11th venue in the UK.
Dubbed 'the best place to get socially competitive with friends', the bar will offer an eclectic mix of activities for visitors, such as axe throwing, table tennis, crazy golf, boules, electric darts, shuffleboard, skee ball, pool, dry curling, marble tarble, boom ball and a hammer and nail competition called Hammershlaagen.
It will also serve street food and cocktails to keep you and your pals fuelled throughout all the action.
Matt Elgey of Sovereign Centros, Asset and Development Manager for St. Enoch Centre, commented: “We are delighted to announce these long term deals with a range of emerging and established brands which is a strong endorsement of St. Enoch’s as the major retail and leisure destination within Glasgow and the wider region.”
“The retail and leisure market has seen what we have been creating within the centre and is keen to be part of it. It’s exciting to be part of something new and different.
"The addition of 100,000 sq ft of retail and leisure will extend the centre’s opening hours and should increase turnover for many of our existing retailers too. There is a lot of student living and residential development in the pipeline at the Argyle Street end of the city and many of its new occupants will benefit from our new facilities.”
