Sneak peek at new Edinburgh 'super village' with plans for hundreds of homes

Plans to build over 100 new homes in the heart of Fountainbridge have been approved by the City of Edinburgh Council.

The authority has announced these plans as part of a "major regeneration" of the neighbourhood of Fountainbridge.

The location, where the Fountain Brewery formerly was, will now be home to a whole host of properties available for social rent.
