Small and medium-sized companies in Northern Ireland are "often bewildered" by the new rules and processes stemming from the region’s post-Brexit trade arrangements, an independent review has found.
The inquiry, led by Lord Murphy, a former Northern Ireland secretary, also identified "some gaps" in how Northern Ireland can "meaningfully influence" the EU laws that continue to apply to it.
