Slipknot will play their biggest-ever UK headline show at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, 3 July 2027, as part of a new global '(sic)est Stadium Tour' that follows the departure of longtime DJ and turntablist Sid Wilson.
The metal band will bring a new production, a career-spanning setlist and fresh material to the London date, which is currently their only scheduled UK and European stop on the 2027 run.
The Wembley concert will include support from Marilyn Manson, Lorna Shore and Hatebreed. The tour announcement comes at a key moment for Slipknot after Wilson, who joined in 1998 and spent 28 years with the group, officially left in August.
Slipknot Announce One UK Stadium Date
Slipknot revealed their 2027 plans following a global teaser campaign using the band's imagery and Tribal S symbol. The campaign led to launch events at Wembley Stadium in London and SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on 28 September, where the band confirmed details of the worldwide stadium tour.

For UK fans, Wembley is currently the only European date announced as part of the 2027 run. The concert is scheduled for 3 July, with tickets being released through a series of presales ahead of the general sale. The Slipknot artist presale begins at 10am BST on Tuesday, 29 September, followed by the Knotfest presale at noon.
Further presales will take place before tickets go on general sale at 10am BST on Friday, 2 October. Ticketmaster has confirmed a maximum purchase limit of eight tickets per person and household.
Who Is Supporting Slipknot at Wembley?
The Wembley show will feature a heavyweight supporting line-up, with Marilyn Manson, Lorna Shore and Hatebreed joining Slipknot. The wider tour will feature an extensive collection of rock and metal acts.
Bring Me The Horizon will serve as direct support across the North American dates, while other scheduled acts include Acid Bath, Lamb of God, Motionless In White, Kublai Khan TX, Polyphia, Loathe and Vended.
The North American leg begins on 16 July 2027 at Nationals Park in Washington, DC, before heading to major venues including Citi Field in New York, Soldier Field in Chicago, Fenway Park in Boston, SoFi Stadium in Inglewood and Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.
Slipknot will then head to South America in September, with dates planned in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Colombia.
Why Did Sid Wilson Leave Slipknot?
The announcement comes shortly after Slipknot officially parted ways with Sid Wilson, who had been a member of the band since 1998. Wilson, known as #0, became one of Slipknot's most recognisable members, contributing turntables and electronics while also becoming a major part of the band's theatrical live performances.
Reports about his departure first emerged in July 2026, with unnamed sources claiming that the split had been a long time coming and alleging that Slipknot had become frustrated with Wilson's behaviour towards his bandmates. However, Slipknot and Wilson did not initially confirm those reports.
Guitarist Jim Root later responded to the speculation, warning fans not to believe everything they read and suggesting they wait for more information. On 14 August 2026, Slipknot officially confirmed that it had parted ways with Wilson after 28 years.
The band said the split was effective immediately and wished Wilson well in his future endeavours. However, Slipknot did not publicly provide a specific reason for the decision.
As a result, reports about alleged tensions within the band should not be presented as an officially confirmed explanation for Wilson's departure. The confirmed fact is that Slipknot and Wilson have ended their professional relationship.
Slipknot Enter a New Chapter
Wilson's exit means the 2027 stadium tour will be one of Slipknot's biggest live campaigns without a musician who helped shape the band's identity for almost three decades. The group has already undergone several major line-up changes. Eloy Casagrande joined Slipknot on drums in 2024, while founding member Craig Jones departed in 2023.
The band has also recently released new music with 'Arsenal', their first new song in more than three years, adding to speculation about what could come next. While Slipknot have not announced a release date for a new studio album, the 2027 tour suggests the band are entering another major phase of their career.
