A Slimming World fan has shared her take on a Cajun chicken salad that looks very filling.
Sam's Slimming World Meals posted her latest creation on Facebook to her 20,000 followers. The recipe is perfect for those who want a tasty meal that doesn't scrimp on portion size.
The recipe is simple and shouldn't take too long to put together. It's also very low on syns.

The ingredients are:
- Chicken breast
- New potatoes
- Salad leaves
- Red cabbage
- Onion
- Grated carrot
- Lighter than light mayonnaise
- Fat-free natural yoghurt
- Garlic
- Peppers
- Cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cajun seasoning
- Lightest butter
- Parsley
