Animal welfare experts are looking for a new home for a bright and active dog.
Her carers say Skye is a sweet dog who can’t resist a gentle fuss from the people she loves.
A spokeswoman for Dogs Trust said: “An active girl, Skye loves exploring outside. She looks forward to her daily walks where she can have a good sniff and meet up with her walking buddies.
“Skye is very clever and enjoys learning new tricks, which she will happily show off in exchange for a tasty biscuit.
“After a busy day playing in the garden, she loves to snuggle up on the sofa with her best human friends.
“Skye is a sensitive girl who can be nervous in new situations. She would like to live with patient owners who will support her as she settles into her new home and grows in confidence.
“She would love a big garden of her own to run around. Skye would make a loving addition to an active family who can take her on lots of adventures and give her plenty of affection.

West Calder Rehoming Centre is currently seeking new foster carers across the whole of the Lothians and Scottish Borders.
The centre is celebrating its foster carers throughout the summer and will be hosting a special event, Thank Dog it’s Fostering Friday, on Friday, August 12, 2pm to 3.30pm, where prospective foster carers can learn how they can get involved in the charity’s successful Home from Home scheme.
