Skydo enables Indian exporters to unlock over $150M in US tariff refunds

Indian exporters impacted by U.S. tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) will now have an opportunity to recover duties paid, following recent legal developments in the U.S. Skydo, in partnership with Intoglo, is helping exporters navigate this time-sensitive refund process by identifying eligible shipments, managing filings, and enabling access to US-local accounts to receive refunds directly.

The opportunity follows the U.S. Supreme Court’s February 20, 2026 ruling, in which the Court struck down the tariffs, overturning duties introduced under the Trump administration. As a result, duties paid between August 27, 2025 and February 6, 2026 are now eligible for refund claims, subject to filing requirements.
