Sky customers will receive a weekend of unlimited data after the mobile service experiences issues. Sky Mobile issued an apology to its customers via a text message on Wednesday, May 17 after issues were experienced with the service.
In addition to the apology, the service has also issued customers unlimited mobile data within the UK for the upcoming weekend. This comes after many customers were unable to use the service due to outages earlier this week.
On Tuesday, May 16, the company stated in a tweet: "We are aware that some Sky Mobile customers are experiencing issues with making and receiving calls right now. We are investigating the issue and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing."
