Leading internet service provider (ISP) Sky has announced a swarm of new broadband and TV plans featuring a huge price freeze until 2024.
While many are worried about the cost of essentials never mind luxuries due to high-levels of inflation across the United Kingdom, Sky have implemented pricing changes to help reduce household expenditure.
The TV and broadband firm has just announced that some of its new contracts come with an 18-month price lock - meaning that costs won't increase when other competitors around them implement their annual monetary hikes.

The Express reports that although the ISP usually hikes fees up each April, with almost all customers affected by changes in percentages, anyone joining the company today will be safe from inflating prices until at least 2024. It comes as a deal that rivals BT cannot currently match, and proves to be a highly-tempting offer to anyone concerned about rising bills over the span of the next annum.
Sky's price freeze is available across various different plans, including the firm's new and exciting Superfast bundle. The package itself includes basic 36Mbps downloads - which is rapid enough for movie streaming, internet browsing and work purposes like emailing.
The pricing for the Superfast service itself is £25 per month, and those signing up before September 29 are guaranteed to pay that price for the next year and a half. If the Superfast option doesn't sound quick enough, Sky has confirmed price locks for the Ultrafast, Ultrafast Plus and Gigafast with speeds of 145Mbps, 500Mbps and 900Mbps respectively.
Along with the Superfast offer, Sky is also giving users the chance to snag a Q Lite bundle for just £30 per month - also fixed until 2024. The feature-packed option comes with an award-winning Sky Q box, which has the functions to pause live TV as well as recording multiple channels at once.
You also get the 39Mbps broadband speeds and more than 200 Freeview channels, inclusive of BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky Arts and Sky News to name a few. Those requiring more in terms of content will need to pay an extra £14 per month for access to premium services like Sky Max, Sky Atlantic and Sky Documentaries.
Considering the standard broadband plan without TV is £25, the Q Lite bundle for £30 is a decent deal.
