NEW DELHI: The Andhra Pradesh government on Tuesday took its case to the Supreme Court, challenging the high court's decision to grant regular bail to Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief N Chandrababu Naidu in the Skill Development Corporation scam case.

The Andhra Pradesh High Court had, on November 20, approved bail for Naidu, emphasizing the need for judicious and compassionate exercise of discretion in such matters.
