Police have hailed the brave efforts of a six-year-old girl from Miami who fought off a would-be kidnapper by biting him.
The Miami Police Department gave the girl, identified by her first name Ah’lyric, a standing ovation and presented her with presents including a bicycle and a talking doll during the ceremony that recognised her bravery.
