The Royals are renowned for being the picture of poise when out and about on official business.
They are always polite, professional and focused on the task at hand. But there are those rare occasions when their masks can slip and as they are only human, they are caught on camera showing their real feelings.
And here the Mirror has looked back on some of the times royals from the Princess of Wales to King Charles and Prince Harry have all been seen to be losing their cool...
King Charles' pen outburst
Upon his accession to the throne, King Charles embarked on a gruelling tour of the UK alongside Queen Consort Camilla in the days after his mother the Queen's death. And an incident with a leaking pen while signing a visitor book at Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland saw him get irritated.
After it leaked on his hand, he muttered: "I can't bear this b****y thing... every stinking time!" However, weeks later Charles laughed off the situation by cracking a joke at his own expense.
After he signed a visitors book during a visit to Dunfermline he passed his pen to Camilla and smiled as he quipped: "These things are so temperamental."
Kate Middleton's scowl
At most public appearances, Kate usually gives nothing away with her facial expressions adopting a jolly demeanour. But in 2017 she appeared to scowl at husband William while attending a garden party during a tour of Poland.
Her demeanour seemed drastically different to her beaming smiles and jovial chats to crowds outside Poland's Presidential Palace just hours before. It'z unclear why she looked gloomy, but according to OK!, George and Charlotte were accompanying their parents on the visit, so maybe the tiredness of carrying out a royal tour and looking after two young kids was to blame.
Prince Louis meltdown
The Platinum Jubilee celebrations may have been in honour of the late Queen - but it was Prince Louis who stole the show. The four-year-old was full of cheeky expressions and exuberant behaviour during Trooping the Colour.
And like any young boy, he couldn't help but fidget and try to play with his royal relatives during the Jubilee Pageant. Mum Kate was on hand to keep him in check - but at one point he blew raspberries at her and put his hand over her mouth as she tried to placate him.
Vexed Prince Harry
It's known that Prince Harry is very protective of his wife Meghan Markle and their children Archie and Lilibet. So when a cameraman started getting too close to a pregnant Meghan on a visit to Morocco in 2018 - he let his feelings be known.
Harry was stood next to Meghan when he spotted the cameraman appearing to hit a child on the head with his equipment as he tried to get closer to the royal couple. The Duke quickly walked around the back of his wife, presumably to not interrupt his host, before putting his hands on the lens and moving the man filming for Moroccan TV to one side.
Harry had a stern look on his face and instantly the cameraman backed off. The prince then put his hand on the girl's arm, asking if she was ok, before returning to listen to his host.
Prince William gets scolded
All cameras may have been on the late Queen and her family as they took to the Buckingham Palace balcony for the traditional flyover after Trooping the Colour in 2016. But that didn't stop the monarch very publicly scolding her grandson Prince William - now Prince of Wales - for everyone to see.
As Princess Charlotte, who was making her Trooping the Colour debut, was held by her mum Kate, Wills was in charge of looking after Prince George. The eldest Wales kid stood at the front looking over the thousands of people gathered below - and dad Wills crouched down to speak to him.
However, granny clearly wasn't impressed that the crowds would have been unable to see him, and appeared to berate her grandson by saying "stand up William". Of course, the prince did as he was told and rose immediately, looking rather sheepish.
Queen's displeasure
Last year, the late Queen was heard slamming world leaders as "irritating" for failing to commit to attending the Cop26 climate change summit in Glasgow. During a visit to the Welsh Parliament, where she opened it sixth session, she was heard in conversation with an official and now Queen Consort Camilla.
She said: "Extraordinary isn’t it. I’ve been hearing all about COP, [we] still don’t know who is coming, no idea. We only know about people who are not coming and it’s really irritating when they talk, but they don’t do."
