Christmas is on its way, and we are very excited. With the festive season about to get into full swing, the market at Princes Street Gardens is set to return, but with everyone heading there it can get a little busy.
Thankfully, the capital offers plenty of alternatives to keep your loved ones happy this Christmas with events scheduled across the city in the lead to the big day.
From Christmas markets and festive events to live performances and even a Christmas-themed Funfair (with a Who-ville where you can spot the Grinch), we've pulled together a list of some of the best events for you to check out.
