Sister Wives star Meri Brown has revealed her polyamorous relationship with husband Kody Brown is over after more than 30 years together.
The former couple tied the knot in 1990 before 53-year-old Kody introduced three more wives — Janelle, Christine and Robyn Brown — into their family.
Meri, 51, says the decision to split was made by Kody and that the end of their relationship has been painful, but she admitted she is open for a 'reconciliation' with her former partner.
The reality star opened up about the breakdown of her marriage in a teaser for the upcoming episode of Sister Wives: One on One.
Sitting down with host Sukanya Krishnan, Meri watches a clip of Kody saying he doesn't consider himself to be married to her.
In a confessional, he tells cameras: "If she wanted to move on and marry another, she wouldn't get an argument with me."
Sukanya then asked Meri how she felt hearing those words from Kody.
"It just doesn't make sense to me that he would be so frustrated with Christine and be like, 'She just made this decision. We didn't consult, we didn't talk, she just made the decision' and then he says, 'No, I don't consider myself married to Meri'.
"Like, he just made the decision. I've never heard him say that to me," she admitted in a preview obtained by People.
Meri added that she thought they were working through their problems and said her husband "led me to believe that he was trying".
When she suggested going public with their split, Meri said Kody didn't want to address it publicly because he didn't "want that judgement".
Sukanya then asked Meri if she was still married to Kody with the TV personality responding: "Well, he's already made the decision. You just saw him say that."
Despite this, Meri said she is still open to trying to make things work.
When asked by the interviewer is she would ever consider a reconciliation, Meri said she "definitely would", but insisted that Kody wouldn't be interested.
