Sister Wives' Janelle Brown has given her fans a glimpse into her healthy lifestyle after shedding seven stone, with many gushing over how happy she looks these days.
The 54-year-old reality star is famed for marrying Kody Brown and appearing on the TLC show Sister Wives, with the blonde beauty having been on a health kick in recent months.
Janelle was one of four women married to Kody, with news of their separation coming to light in December 2022 in a trailer for the then-new series of Sister Wives. And since her split from Kody, Janelle has been living life to the maximum and completely altering her lifestyle while embarking on a health kick.
Janelle has successfully turned her life around since she has been using Plexus wellness products alongside subtle lifestyle changes like eating better and using an air fryer, with the star having shed a reported 100lbs - which works out as more than seven stone in total.
And with the reality star embracing the summer months, over the weekend she went to Salt Springs Run for a fun and relaxing time by the water.
Sharing a video of her time in and out of the water, Janelle beamed in the post while leaving her fans overjoyed by her outing and how she seems to be living her life to the fullest.
Janelle penned a caption which read: "Fun day at Salt Springs Run yesterday. I’ve never had the experience of going somewhere, anchoring a boat and spending the day in and out of the water. So much fun and so relaxing. I slept so good last night!"
One fan took to the comments to pen: "You look wonderful and happy." While another added: "You look amazing, and so happy!"
