A 'Sister Series' wellness event is happening this weekend at Dundrum Town Centre.
Manifestation author Roxi Nafousi and founder of The Good Glow podcast Georgie Crawford are just some of the guest speakers taking part of the Sisterhood series at Brown Thomas in Dundrum this weekend. There will be panel discussions on every day covering topics from manifestation to overall wellness for women.
The event will be taking place from Friday April 21 until Sunday April 23. Each different panel discussion is set to "offer a safe space for the uncomfortable, the controversial and the essential conversations for women to take place."

The theme for Friday's talk is overall health and wellbeing. The panel open for discussion will consist of author of 'Manifest' and 'Manifest: Dive Deeper', Georgie Crawford from The Good Glow, and Dr Doireann O'Leary, who is an entrepreneur and female health advocate. The importance of looking after yourself, health tips and the power of manifestation will be discussed at this panel.
On Saturday the talk will be covering how to overcome awkward parenting conversations such as puberty, consent, sexuality, menstruation and so on. Georgie Crawford will be joined by parent coach Sarah Sproule and CEO and co-founder of period product company Riley Fiona Parfrey.
On the last day the topic of conversation will be about menopause and hormones. Laura Dowling also known as the fabulous pharmacist on Instagram, Domini Kemp a leading food entrepreneur, Anita Murray and Peigin Crowley will make up the panel. The aim of this conversation is getting to know your body better and how your hormones work.
As well as these panel discussions there will be live entertainment, fitness classes and interactive installations in The Apartment in Brown Thomas. One of these is the 'Letter to your Future Self Wall' which is set to be one of the most basic ways of manifesting your desires.
On Friday at 1pm there will be a yoga class with workout clothing wear brand Lululemon and on Saturday there will be a pre natal workout class with FFS Gym. On Friday and Sunday there will be two discussions about burnout and holistic health.
