The family of a mum who took her own life have told how she was "smiling and happy" just 30 minutes before she was rushed to hospital.
Lauren Galloway, 32, attempted suicide at her home in Saltcoats on the morning of Saturday, April 29 - shortly after her sister Dionne had visited her for a catch-up.
She died in the intensive care unit at Crosshouse Hospital in Kilmarnock three days later. Dionne, 28, said there were no obvious signs that Lauren was struggling.
