Samantha, his sister, stated that although there have been past and new arrests made, their family was told nobody was being held to account for the actions that led up to her brother's untimely death.
Mark, who came from Loftus, Yorkshire, had a lethal blood alcohol level at the time of his death after he was forced to drink 22 shots, the Poland National Prosecutor's Office has said.
Samantha spoke to The Sun, saying: "The last we heard from the serious crime squad - who were investigating Mark's death and dealing with the inquest - was that they weren't looking into the crimes and goings on in those establishments.
"So why is this coming out now?"
She alleged that some of the police accounts are false, including the allegation that Mark was already intoxicated when he arrived at the club.
She alleged he was "fleeced out of five transactions totalling £760", separated from his friend, then informed his friend that Mark was dead.
Investigators said there was an organised web of clubs were robbing people after getting them drunk.
The Polish Central Police Investigation Bureau (CBSP) said that they have filed over 700 criminal charges against the group.
They added that these clubs would go crazy after they got punters intoxicated and urged them to pay up - some were even forced into taking out loans to make the payments.
Polish authorities informed that they have arrested the group who forced Mark to drink himself to death.
