Singer Tom Jones was forced to cancel a concert in Budapest at short notice on Tuesday amid reports he had collapsed an hour before the gig was due to take place.
Singer Sir Tom, 82, is said to have been taken ill at the Hungarian capital's MVM Dome. He is currently touring Europe with his Surrounded by Time tour.
However, it's been reported that paramedics were called for Tom as a source told the Daily Mail: "Tom Jones collapsed, so his concert was cancelled tonight and doctors were called to the stadium. His management has set August 16th as the new date for the concert."
It's thought the She's A Lady hit singer had planned to go ahead with the performance.
But, after a visit from a private doctor, he was forced to cancel the gig moments before it was due to take place.
Local news outlets reported that an ambulance was called for Tom and a spokesperson for Tom's Surrounded by Time tour is said to have confirmed he had been taken ill.
The scheduled concert at the Hungarian city replaced t date in Kiyev, which was cancelled due to the ongoing war in Ukraine.
Two nights before, Tom had performed in Barcelona, Spain and shared an image of himself singing on his Instagram.
He wrote in the caption: "Barcelona….you brought the fiesta and colour to our show last night! Thank you!"
Singer Tom's Surrounded By Time tour has a number of dates in the UK including Glasgow, Manchester, London and Birmingham.
The European and US tour has 50 dates scheduled in. He is due to gig in Germany, Croatia, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway and Belgium over the coming weeks.
Next month, Tom is expected to return to the UK before travelling to the United States of America for more scheduled concerts.
Sexbomb performer Tom will complete the tour in October, with a final gig in San Francisco.
Weeks ago in June, Tom was invited by band Stereophonics to support the band on their Cardiff gig.
The band's lead singer Kelly Jones, who hails Tom as a "second father", joked that the gig was a chance for him to give Tom his crockery back.
He told the BBC in June: "I was watching the football with Tom over the summer, I'd go to his apartment and watch the Wales games and I gave him a ring to see if he'd fancy it.
"It's for the Welsh people, something for them to look forward to and celebrate – and he said he was bang up for it.
"It was also an excuse for me to take his plate back because he gave me a pudding that night watching the football, a brownie at one o'clock in the morning, and I never took his plate back."
Ahead of the concert, Tom shared a snap of himself with the Stereophonics frontman on Instagram and wrote in the caption: "Wales we can’t wait to perform for you! Who’s coming to see us @principalitysta this weekend?! @stereophonicsofficial #cardiff".
Sir Tom has since moved to deny collapse rumours and instead revealed he was diagnosed with viral laryngitis which led to the show being postponed.
