Author Sir Salman Rushdie has described the moment he was stabbed on stage in New York state in August 2022.
The acclaimed Indian-born British novelist, 76, whose writing led to death threats from Iran in the 1980s, had been due to deliver a lecture at the Chautauqua Institution when a man rushed the stage and stabbed him.
