Sir Elton John joked with his Glastonbury crowd that he was suffering a wardrobe malfunction as he was about to welcome one of his many special guests to the stage. The star wowed festivalgoers as he put on an explosive but emotional performance at a gig he 'never thought' he would play.
Glastonbury is probably going to be Elton's last show in England. He performed many of his classic hits on the famous Pyramid Stage at Worthy Farm, in Somerset. He was also joined by some special guests to help him perform.
And just as he was about to welcome one on stage, he revealed a blunder to the crowd. He got up from the stage, saying: “OK, my trousers are falling down, but never mind."
He welcomed Rina Sawayama to the stage as “an extraordinary talent and amazing recording artist” before performing Don’t Go Breaking My Heart.
Other special guests included The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers.
