A witness who was present when Sir Elton John' s private jet was forced to make an emergency landing said it was a 'horrible thing to see'.
The plane was around an hour into the flight when they suffered a hydraulic failure at 10,000 ft in the air.
It had to U-turn back and even had to abort landing twice when winds reached 80mph.
