Sir Elton John has celebrated 35 years sober

Sir Elton John has marked 35 years since he conquered his addiction issues by celebrating his "sobriety birthday".

The 78-year-old singer got clean back in 1990s after a long battle with substance abuse and he's now marked three and a half decades since he turned his life around with Elton sharing a picture of the cards and flowers he received from his loves ones on the big day.
