Bobby Charlton wasn’t just a national treasure. “I’ve worked all over the world,” says Philip Haran, “from Africa to the former USSR and China. Wherever I went, even if the locals spoke no English at all they still knew and could say the name Bobby Charlton and these were really remote places as well. For sure a true legend. RIP.”
