A single mum with £4,000 power debts has condemned a £250 goodwill payment as 'laughable'.
Lesley Hill claims her top-up payments have been going directly to other companies' bank accounts for six years.
It means Scottish Power hadn't received a payment from Lesley since 2016, despite her putting money into the pre-paid meter every week.
