Simone Rocha's first collaboration with Adidas Originals launches globally on Sept. 10, following its debut on the runway at the Irish designer's Autumn/Winter 2026 show during London Fashion Week in February. According to WWD, the collection will be available through Adidas's CONFIRMED app, adidas.com, Adidas and Simone Rocha stores, and select retailers.
The footwear offering centers on three reworked Adidas silhouettes: the SR Taekwondo Ballerina, the SR Climacool and the SR Japan Fuzzy Slip On. The Taekwondo Ballerina transforms the shoe's signature Three Stripes with ribbon lacing and pearl-inspired, diamanté toe embellishment, while the Climacool swaps in leather construction and lace mesh through the midfoot, finished with three jeweled Trefoil logos at the heel, according to Sneaker News. The Japan Slip-On becomes a backless mule with pony-hair uppers, pearl-decorated stripes and oversized ribbon laces.

On the apparel side, Rocha reworked several classic Adidas track tops: the Firebird in a cropped, exaggerated-volume silhouette, the Beckenbauer reshaped with a tulle underlay, and the Superstar reinterpreted with puffed sleeves. The range also includes a frilled dress, skirt, trousers, fitted leotards and T-shirts, along with accessories such as a custom Trefoil brooch and hair clip finished in diamanté and pearl-style embellishment, knee-high football socks with matching detailing, and a version of Adidas's classic Airline bag in broderie anglaise fabric.

Rocha, whose eponymous label was founded in 2010, has built her design identity around combining delicate, ornamental detailing with structural and often utilitarian source material — a sensibility Elle described as leaning toward "blokecore" this particular season, with oversized satin bombers and soccer-style socks alongside her usual ruffles and bows. Coverage of the runway debut also noted references to working-class Irish youth culture and equestrian style as touchstones for the collection, drawing on 1990s photography of Irish youth riders.
The launch marks the start of what Adidas has described as an ongoing collaboration with Rocha's house rather than a single one-off drop. For Adidas Originals, the partnership continues a recent pattern of high-fashion crossovers on its runway calendar, following prior collaborations with designers including Willy Chavarria and Wales Bonner. For Rocha, it extends her label's reach into performance-adjacent sportswear, translating a design language built on femininity and craft into a category — sneakers and trackwear — not traditionally associated with either.
