Simon Jordan has slammed Leeds United's owners and labelled the running of the club as "a dog's dinner" amid their bid to find a new manager.
Leeds chairman Andrea Radrizzani remains the majority shareholder at the club, but 49ers Enterprises - the investment arm of NFL side the San Francisco 49ers - have a 44% stake. It is thought that they could well be taking full ownership at some point in the near future.
In the short-term, the Whites are looking to find a new manager to help steer their battle with relegation this term and have so far failed to find a replacement for Jesse Marsch. The American was sacked over a week ago and a handful of names have been tipped to replace him, yet none have materialised.

A vital clash with Everton is looming on the horizon and Leeds will be desperate to have a new permanent head coach in place ahead of this weekend's game with the Toffees.
When asked for his thoughts on the general running of the club, Jordan made it clear that he was far from impressed with what he was seeing.
He told talkSPORT: "I get the impression – and I know Leeds fans are not going to like this – that it’s a bit of a dog’s dinner over at Leeds behind the scenes, in terms of who is doing what, when, how and why.
"You’ve got an owner exiting the door with potential sales of players that possibly the new incoming owners don’t want them to sell. I think there’s a lot of left-hand and right-hand stuff going on over there."
