Epstein whistleblower Simon Andriesz's cause of death in Thailand was listed as 'asphyxiation from hanging,' the Daily Mail reported on Tuesday, citing information from a local municipality office.

The 57-year-old British banker's body was discovered on 23 September in a town outside Bangkok. Before his death, he had alerted US authorities to emails which he alleged revealed an undisclosed business relationship between US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick and Jeffrey Epstein. There has been speculation about the circumstances surrounding the death of the former executive.
