Silverworks and the Collective located on Drury Street in the city centre have recently celebrated five years in business.
The unique spot is a jewellery shop with pieces from Irish designers as well as abroad available to buy. There are also jewellery making classes and workshops available for people to book for special occasions or just to try their hand at something new.
Founder Madeleine Blaine said: “Having run the workshops for just five years we have been overwhelmed with the response from our customers, both locals and visitors alike.

"We love that we can offer a one-of-a-kind experience, and everyone gets to take home not only a piece of jewellery but a lovely memory as well whilst having learned a new skill and met new people in the process”.
Some of the classes on offer include forging your own silver ring where you will learn how a ring is made from start to finish over a two and a half hour class, personalising pendants and charms or carving a ring from wax.
The workshops began in the summer of 2018 and started off as weekly night classes but quickly went from strength to strength. The workshops have over 3,000 five star reviews which led to it being crowned the 'most reviewed experience in Ireland' by Airbnb.
There are variations of each jewellery class with group events being available to book for a hen party or work night out and wedding ring workshops were couples can create their own rings for their big day.
Dublin Live visited a taster evening for the various classes on offer and from the friendly atmosphere to the help of the staff this venue should definitely be on your to do list for something different to do in Dublin.
For more information on the classes available you can visit their website.
