MANSA: Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's lawyer Vishal Chopra has alleged that his client is being subjected to the 'third-degree torture' by the police in the murder case of Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu known as Sidhu Moose Wala on May 29.
Chopra released a pre-recorded message alleging that Punjab police were violating the rules, while interrogating the accused. Bishnoi is in police custody and has been put at CIA staff Kharar near Mohali.
