Sick message landlord sent to woman tenant offering home for sex

A 29-year-old woman living in a caravan says she was told by her landlord that she would need to move out if she didn't 'do things for him'. The woman says she was offered a secured tenancy in exchange for sex and dirty photos.

The woman, who doesn’t want to be named, says she felt disgusted and ashamed when she received the messages from the landlord who rented out the caravan on behalf of its owners. He subsequently apologised in follow-up messages, reports CornwallLive.

She said: “I lost my job and suffer from mental health issues so no agencies wanted to accept my housing application. I put something out on Facebook and this man contacted me saying he had a caravan. I had no other choice so moved into the caravan and at first the man seemed very nice.
