Shrinking ICE Inventories Support Coffee Prices

July arabica coffee (KCN26) on Wednesday closed up +0.60 (+0.21%), and July ICE robusta coffee (RMN26) closed up +78 (+2.24%).

Coffee prices settled higher on Wednesday, with robusta up sharply at a 7-week high.  Tightness in ICE coffee inventories is pushing coffee prices higher.   ICE robusta inventories fell to a 2-year low of 3,642 lots on Wednesday.  Also, ICE arabica coffee inventories fell to a 2.5-month low of 471,831 bags on Tuesday.
