Shows postponed over Jimmy Barnes' shock surgery

Rocker Jimmy Barnes has suffered another health setback, forcing him to reschedule shows to recover from unexpected surgery.

The 66-year-old went to hospital on Friday night and was told he needed to have a procedure to address "unbearable" pain in his hip, Mr Barnes posted to social media.
