Two years ago, the Chicago Bulls formed a new core. They traded for Nikola Vucevic and signed DeMar DeRozan in free agency, creating a Big 3 of Zach LaVine, DeRozan, and Vucevic. But while all three are multi-time All-Stars, the Bulls have won just a single playoff game in two years with them at the helm.
And while the Bulls have seemingly decided to roll with their guys heading into this season, a lot can change in a matter of months. If Chicago doesn’t manage to insert themselves into the playoff picture, they could have some tough decisions to make by the trade deadline.
