Jesse Marsch will be forced into at least one change for the critical match against Norwich City after Junior Firpo suffered what looked like a serious knee injury late in the 3-0 loss to Aston Villa on Thursday.
However, the American coach may be tempted into several more changes, given the manner of defeat. Leeds had played well in their 1-0 loss to Leicester City last weekend but at Elland Road on Thursday they looked poor from the start and barring a short period after half-time, they didn't lay a glove on the visitors.
As such, Marsch may choose to go with Patrick Bamford from the start after the striker played the last half an hour of the Villa loss. Stuart Dallas will certainly take up the left-back role, meaning Luke Ayling may well return to right back and Robin Koch or Diego Llorente could step into centre back.
There may also be a question over the central midfield positions, as Adam Forshaw and Mateusz Klich have each paired Koch in midfield under Marsch in his opening games at the club.
Rodrigo was also substituted at half-time on Thursday after a very disappointing first half for the Spaniard. Joe Gelhardt replaced him and the teenager could be in line for a start after such a poor showing from Leeds' record signing.
